What We Do. All across San Francisco we have hand selected historic buildings, mansions, and art galleries where we create restaurants every Saturday night. Whether it is nine-courses at Loretto, complete with limousine transportation, or five-courses at Mephisto, held at a secret location, we guarantee an unforgettable experience. At The Phoenix Supper Club, our cuisine is inspired by local and sustainable ingredients that shine on the plate without too much manipulation. Our menus reflect our philosophy to blend the finest ingredients with simple techniques in an effort to achieve a refined product. Loretto. Live jazz, champagne, and nine, wine-paired courses, served by an impeccably attired staff defines an evening at Loretto. Make a reservation and prior to the event you will receive a message revealing the location at which to meet. A limousine will arrive promptly at your reservation time and whisk you away to an evening of refined indulgence in a secret location. The price ranges from $210 to $230 (tax and gratuity not included). Mephisto Intrigue defines the moment as you arrive at Mephisto, where fluid sounds envelop the atmosphere and sharply dressed servers expertly pour wine for this five-course dining experience. Make a reservation and prior to the evening you will receive a message revealing the address of Mephisto. The price ranges from $110 to $130 (tax and gratuity not included). EAT (All Caps) (No Content on this click, Opens in a new tab, so people don’t leave the PSC site) Who We Are (Our bios are a little long. Let me know if you think it’s impossible to put all of this information on the page, we could slim them down. Also, we’re not sure about putting pictures of all three of us. Let us know if you think this is necessary) Tommy Halvorson, Executive Chef and Founder After retiring from a short career in competitive freeskiing, Tommy Halvorson moved to California to finish his college education and pursue a growing interest in cooking. Now after nearly six years in the Bay Area, Tommy has completed a degree in Philosophy and Sociology from UC Berkeley and has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the Bay Area including Gary Danko and Chez Panisse as well as having the honor of being Bruce Hill’s sous chef at Bix and Tom Rippy’s at Betty Zlatchin catering. In 2009, Tommy founded The Phoenix Supper Club to showcase his love of San Francisco’s food culture and its unique aesthetic. Rhonda Davidson, Director of Fine Dining Rhonda Davidson is the quintessential San Francisco native. Having spent all but two years of her life here, she has grown up enjoying every facet of the city. Throughout her career, Rhonda has overseen the operations of several companies, including, most recently, one of San Francisco’s premier fine dining catering companies. Now, with a keen business acumen and desire to manifest her vision of the total ambient dining experience, she ventures to become The Director of Fine Dining for The Phoenix Supper Club. With her, she brings a true love of the Bay area’s bounty, a respect for its diverse palate, and a desire to create the most unique fine dining experience in San Francisco. Lauren Carfioli, Event Coordinator Fairly new to the Bay Area, Lauren Carfioli fell in love with San Francisco’s niche food community. She was fascinated by the amount of passion that goes into both a meal and the overall ambiance of where you dine. After spending a year working at a small advertising agency in the Presidio, she has ventured on to pursue these passions. With a knack for details and a marketing background, she embraces the role as The Phoenix Supper Club’s Event Coordinator. Menus.
